The Sales Operations Manager is responsible to support the effective and efficient execution of the commercial activities (Sales, Order Fulfilment, Customer Support) through use of appropriate processes, systems and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

This role is shared between the Dutch and Belgium organizations and therefore frequent travel between Belgium (Zaventem) and Dutch office (Best) is expected.

Responsibilities Provide commercial support ( be the bridge ) between Sales, Order Fulfilment, Service, Suppliers and Customers Support tender submissions in local entities in the Benelux business region Provide financial admin support to Order Fulfilment, Service and Finance departments Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements as dictated by RA, QA and local country rules.

Support with Human Resource activities in the local entities Manage effective internal stakeholder meetings, track issues, and drive actions to resolution Participate in discussions for processes optimization Effectively work with Benelux management and other stakeholders and perform other related duties as assigned or requested by the Country Managers Relevant Knowledge, skills and competencies Essential Fluent in written and spoken Dutch, French and English Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to implement activities through influence and engagement of others Strong computer / administrative skills Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) with both internal and external stakeholders Proven ability to own and solve problems Personality based on strong ethical standard, values and good judgement Highly motivated / autonomous Desirable Educated to degree or qualified by experience Experience and understanding of data-driven Sales, order fulfillment and services processes Demonstrated ability to achieve results through collaborative working in a matrixed, international and multicultural environment Experience with enterprise applications preferred (Salesforce.

com, Coupa, Workday) Experience from a heavily regulated business environment is a benefit
