WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

You will be responsible for creating and maintaining high cooperation, co-creation and transparency between the Customer Fulfilment (Logistics) and Commercial departments.

  • Good business understanding of key performance measurement methods and tools used to plan, follow up and steer the business with a customer-centric approach ;
  • Very good understanding of the customer and co-worker needs, demands and expectations on the markets ;
  • Good knowledge of market / industry intelligence : market / industry knowledge to achieve organizational goals and objectives;
  • understanding of KPIs used for measure success for own function; understanding of market specifics when making decisions ;
  • Good knowledge of change management and leading in the unknown / exploring ;
  • Good knowledge of different leadership styles (such as interdependent, indirect, situational etc.) and needs as well as appropriate use for different situations ;
  • Stakeholder management : good knowledge of how to identify and involve relevant stakeholders in a project, process or question to make things happen
  • Good financial competence : knowledge about how internal and external financials impact the business of IKEA and an understanding of how to communicate this financial impact to different target groups;
  • applying financial knowledge to achieve organizational goals and objectives .

    For this role you posess

  • University degree (Economics, Commerce, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management) or proven performance in sales management or supply chain management (5+ years)
  • 2-4 years working experience in a management position (preferable in distribution, retail, logistics or similar)
  • Proven successful leadership in delivering both business results and people development
  • Retail / home furnishing / supply chain / customer service experience and interest
  • Experience in securing the implementation of mid-term and long-term strategies and plans and set / follow up goals
  • Experience in working in a matrix organization
  • Successfully lead projects or processes on country / market / national level
  • Good coaching and / or mentor, advisory and facilitation skills, conflict management skills and problem solving experience
  • Fluent in English written and verbal

    Responsible for securing fulfilment on the market in an end-to-end perspective by enabling the prerequisites for excellent quality in execution :

  • Obtaining excellent quality in fulfilment operations by securing the link between the commercial team and the customer fulfilment team
  • Translate and co-create commercial priorities into actions for Customer Fulfilment in the market
  • Lead, steer, plan, support, coach and follow up the day to day work with a customer-centric and collaborative approach
  • Contribute to creating the right prerequisites in the organization to enable the growth agenda.
  • Securing the total input from Customer Fulfilment to the Commercial Team on the market. Obtaining excellent quality in fulfilment operations by securing the link between the commercial team and the customer fulfilment team
  • Translate and co-create commercial priorities into actions for Customer Fulfilment in the market
  • Lead, steer, plan, support, coach and follow up the day to day work and development of the fulfilment availability and support organization within the market with a customer-centric and collaborative approach in focus.
  • Contribute to creating the right prerequisites in the organization to enable the growth agenda and secure the Group and Market Customer Fulfilment agenda is translated into the Fulfilment Availability and Support organization.
  • Securing the total input from Customer Fulfilment to the Commercial Team on the market. Obtaining excellent quality in fulfilment operations by securing the link between the commercial team and the customer fulfilment team
